Preparation Instructions:

Pour contents into 8 cups water.  Bring to a boil.  Turn down heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Recommended:  1 can (14oz) crushed or diced tomatoes.  Consider enhancing flavor with a protein such as sliced Polish Sausage.
