Lyz is one of Made In The Mitten's original 12 artists who took a chance on us when we opened and has been here ever since!
The inspiration to create dog accessories and decor came to me because I wanted people to be able to connect with their four legged best friends on another level. All dogs have their own personality and us humans want to share their individual style for holidays, birthdays, sporting events, and day to day fashion. Most dogs aren't too keen on dressing up in a full costume. That's why bandanas and bow ties are the perfect option! They show a bit of flare while not getting in the way of your dogs daily activities.
I am a creative person with a passion for fabrics and sewing and I wanted to take on a new kind of project. I am excited by color and patterns. My beautiful and obsessively organized coral craft room is a headquarters to PupCraft Designs. We try and go on the road to craft shows in the Detroit, Michigan area as much as possible.
I am a little bit obsessed with dogs in general, and especially my two trusty shop assistants Sydney, a Shih Tzu and Cosmo, a Havanese :) I think every person should spoil their dog with love, treats, belly scratches, and of course comfortable, cute dog bandanas, bow ties and decor from PupCraft Designs!
